Same here (confirmed).

OTOH, quite ironically, they reuse the same IID for all temporary 
addresses configured for the same interface, since they still implement 
RFC4941 rather than RFC8981.

I hope it doesn't take Windows as much time to implement RFC8981 as it 
took them to implement RFC7217!

(OpenBSD's slaacd and the Linux kernel already implement it, though).
