Hi all,

We've uploaded a new version of the draft.

Based on recent mailing list discussion, the revisions mainly include:
1. Changed the key words "Recommendation" "Guidelines" into "Considerations" both in the title and the main body.
2. Revised isolated network discussion in Section 4.1.
3. Revised NAT relevant description in Section 4.2
4. Added a brief reference to site local addresses in Introduction.
5. Added some discussion of ULA default routing in Section 4.2.2 "Operational Considerations"
6. Added a new Section 2 "Requirements Language"
7. Other wording revision, including updating the references

The authors believe this version has covered the major arguments. Please review and comment on it.
Many thanks!

Best regards,
Bing
