Hi, folks, We have submitted a new version of ersion of I-D, draft-xie-v6ops-framework-md-ipv6only-underlay-02.txt. Based on the comments received in IETF 114, the requirement to SRv6 has moved away. We sincerely hope to receiveing more comments and suggestions. Name: draft-xie-v6ops-framework-md-ipv6only-underlay Revision: 02 Title: Framework of Multi-domain IPv6-only Underlay Networks and IPv4 as a Service Document date: 2022-08-09 Group: Individual Submission Pages: 21 URL: https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-xie-v6ops-framework-md-ipv6only-underlay-02.txt Status: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-xie-v6ops-framework-md-ipv6only-underlay/ Htmlized: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-xie-v6ops-framework-md-ipv6only-underlay Diff: https://www.ietf.org/rfcdiff?url2=draft-xie-v6ops-framework-md-ipv6only-underlay-02 Abstract: For the IPv6 transition, dual-stack deployments require both IPv4 and IPv6 forwarding capabilities to be deployed in parallel. IPv6-only is considered as the ultimate stage where only IPv6 transfer capabilities are used while ensuring global reachability for both IPv6 and IPv4 (usually known as IPv4aaS). This document specifies requirements and proposes a framework for deploying IPv6-only as the underlay in multi-domain networks. Best regards Chongfeng x
