If there are documents from a past life of your WG (like IPsec vs IPsecME),
or maybe they were just ISE/AD sponsored and now you are doing std-track, and
you want people to find them, you can explicitely add them to your document
list page by adding the RFCs as a related document.  The trick is that you
have to use the last I-D name for the document.

(That's a bug that Robert/Tools-team knows about)
