Hi, Meetecho is being used for IETF 109 Online and session chairs will have testing opportunities ahead of and during the meeting. Even if you have used Meetecho previously, you are encouraged to join one of the sessions as there have been a number updates since IETF 108. Pre-IETF 109 session chair testing ========= Session chair prep session 1 2 November 2020, 1500 UTC Coordinates TBC Session chair prep session 2 5 November, 0000 UTC Coordinates TBC Recordings will be made available after the sessions for those unable to join one of these sessions. During IETF 109 week (16-20 November), session chairs will be able to sign up for slots to test Meetecho. An initial guide for session chairs has been published and will be updated with additional information, including how to sign up for testing sessions, as it is finalized: https://www.ietf.org/how/meetings/109/session-chair-guide/ Similarly, test sessions will be held for participants: Pre-IETF 109 Participant testing ========= Participant prep session 1 5 November, 1200 UTC Coordinates TBC Participant prep session 2 6 November 2020, 0000 UTC Coordinates TBC Participant prep session 3 6 November 2020, 1500 UTC Coordinates TBC During IETF 109 week (16-20 November), participants will be able to join a Meetecho test session 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the scheduled sessions each day.
