this creates a deb package: py2dsc-deb xml2rfc-2.12.1.orig.tar.gz, that would 
install before, but now needs the google package.

py2dsc-deb fails for that pypi package (somewhere in testing, go figure).

I don't want hold xml2rfc back by insisting older OSs should be installed 
though. What do I miss when hack the google-i18n stuff out?
