I have been using Carsten's wonderful kramdown-rfc-extract-sourcecode to
get my sourcecode blocks out of my xml.

So I thought to check to see what is in tools, and after lots of digging
I got to:

https://authors.ietf.org/tools-catalog
and
https://github.com/mbj4668/rfcstrip

This is old and maybe not as capable as the above.  Perhaps datatracker
needs a better tool and Carsten's is were to start?  Am I that "out
there" in using sourcecode blocks and then wanting doc readers to be
able to use the source code?

thanks
