Hi all,

We just submitted a new version of draft-huang-xrblock-rtcweb-rtcp-xr-metrics. The main changes are:
1. explains how stats metrics are used in WebRTC.
2. classifies the metrics into 3 categories.
3. removes retransmission metrics (some overlapping usage with post-repair metrics).
4. adds ECN related metrics for discussion.
Your review and comments are welcome. Thanks.

Best regards,
Rachel
