Dear all, We have updated the video lc draft to improve the quality. The main updates include: 1. Add some clarification words in Section 3. 2. Explain the time period for the measurement in first paragraph of Section 4 3. Modify the Mean Frame Freeze Duration metric to express in units of RTP timestamp. So now it has 32bits rather than 8 bits. 4. Complete Appendix A. Your comments are suggestions are welcomed.
