You can only make an appointment at T2, not T4, so be sure to allow time for the terminal bus if you're
not arriving at T2.

It is my impression that if you are under 65, the benefit of a card for a one week visit is not worth it.
The metro tickets are the same price with a generic card you get from the ticket machine.
