I'm also on the 8th floor at Radisson with look to the post office. The signal strength is very good, but RTT even to the first hop in the trace (not default gateway) is often around one second or even more - no chance for SIP. Are they simply heavily oversubscribed or some broken config? If host/organizers could help in some way, that would be appreciated.
