Hi!

The black Comviq dongle is SIM-locked.

But the white Tele2 dongle isn't (E169, E170, E182).  You find them at
Teknikmagasinet and a lot of other stores.

The SW is easy to reconfigure to all operators, and it's easy to use
them under most OS.
