Good suggestions, Lars.

Also, am I the only who neglected to read the manual before trying to 
use the system? I didn't realize that I have to opt-in... it might have 
been helpful if the system had displayed "unregistered ietf participant" 
when presented with a card that has not been opted-in yet... What the 
system does now is simply nothing. Its hard to tell if that was a layer 
1 problem or merely incorrect configuration.
