Russ and Martin,

Thank you very much for your detailed review!  I feel much better that, once your issues are replied-to, the document will be in very good shape.

We still have a month on WGLC, so an updated draft should be feasible by the end of the month, *right authors?*

I do have one suggestion, if it's possible to split things into "strictly editorial" and "bigger issue" that might help the authors.  I know that's probably a lot of work.  Perhaps the doc authors can sync up with you guys each, via phone, and walk through all the items?
