Hi,

After reading the charter, I think the scope is clear.

Let see what will happen.  Gut feeling is, it will not only helps 
improving QoE, but also worth to try some interesting use case, such as 
classify the traffic at edge and make analysis on the core to understand 
"component" of the traffic.
