Fred,

Just read it -- clear, easy to comprehend. I'd be happy pointing AQM newcomers at it.

One nit: Might be just me, but the Acknowledgements section feels more like an editorial/opinion. For a newcomer to AQM it wouldn't necessarily be clear how the body of the I-D supports the expressed opinion.
