Adding dinrg mailing list

I think you are trying to achieve a level of deconflicting thats long since been impossible
in IETF. When we are lucky we avoid that people who actively need to participate in discussions
need to run between rooms within one time slot.

A great IEETF/IRTF presentation is still a great presentation as a video on youtube.

There is also always various option to engage outside the sessions, such as in breaks. And if
that time fails to work, then the big difference betgween IRTF any e.g.: research conferences
is that anything being presented during an IETF/IRTF meeting should also be possible to be
discussed easily afterwards with the topic originators on the WG/RG mailing list.

Cheers

Perhaps, for the future, some better form of coordination between the IAB and the IRTF could be worked out, at least when the IAB is going to address a topic which is also the subject of an IRTF RG.
