Hi Joel,

Thanks for your consideration. This document does not have IETF consensus and we don’t even try to make any assessment of that. However, we did run a community feedback call before publication and based on the feedback provided during that call, I don’t think it is wrong to state “concerns were expressed in the IETF community”. At least the IAB members thought this text was sufficiently clear and we wanted to record that.
