Without making any comments on the quality and interest in general of
raft-bernardos-manet-autoconf-survey, the [autoconf] wg is not
chartered to provide a survey of protocols representing a "snapshot at
a given time".

We're at a juncture where the choices are either (a) pulling the plug
on the WG or (b) making progress on the charter item.

Note that "adopting new work directions" are not among the choices.
