Roni et al,

A minor nit-pick about second referenced document in this I-D:

The I-D says that the referenced document is "ITU Recommendation
H.263P".

Actually, I think the "P" does not belong there.  There is no "P" in the
official title of the ITU-T standard.  This is simply a reference to the
1998 version of ITU-T Rec. H.263.

(FYI: There have also been a couple of other versions since then.  The
current version is dated 01/2005.  See
http://www.itu.int/rec/T-REC-H.263.  Also note that ITU standards can be
downloaded for free by registering at
http://ecs.itu.ch/cgi-bin/ebookshop before downloading.)
