BTW if you really mean to point to the 1998 version, the URL is:
http://www.itu.int/rec/T-REC-H.263-199802-S/en

Other specific-version URLs can be obtained from the general H.263 page pointed out by Gary.

Roni et al,

A minor nit-pick about second referenced document in this I-D:

The I-D says that the referenced document is "ITU Recommendation H.263P".

Actually, I think the "P" does not belong there. There is no "P" in the official title of the ITU-T standard. This is simply a reference to the
1998 version of ITU-T Rec. H.263.

(FYI: There have also been a couple of other versions since then. The current version is dated 01/2005. See http://www.itu.int/rec/T-REC-H.263. Also note that ITU standards can be downloaded for free by registering at http://ecs.itu.ch/cgi-bin/ebookshop before downloading.)

Best Regards,

Gary Sullivan
