[AVT] Working Group Last Call: draft-ietf-avt-rtp-toffset-04.txt

Working Group Last Call is announced for 
draft-ietf-avt-rtp-toffset-04.txt, "Transmission Time offsets in RTP 
streams". In view of the holiday season, the Last Call period will be 
four weeks, closing on January 14, 2007.
