We submitted -09 version for the RAMS draft. This version includes the changes we agreed on in the last meeting as well as the fixes for all the comments posted in the list since the first wglc. The authors would like to specifically thank Colin Perkins for the suggested text changes.

As agreed on in the last meeting, we would like to ask the wg co-chairs to start the 2nd wglc.

Also note that while the new cname draft is not a normative reference in RAMS, the need for it was mentioned by several individuals in the list. Basically, the guidelines in 3550 need to be updated. The initial version was taken positively by many folks and we received several offline comments. A new rev is coming up soon and we want the AVT WG to consider this draft for adoption so that we can finish it along RAMS.
