This draft was cited as [DSR] in previous versions (up to and including -05).

Just before submission to the IESG, I was asked by the Responsible AD to
not depend on an expired draft.  In -06 I rewrote the Security Considerations
section to not depend on [DSR] and removed the citation, as requested.

Please let me know what to do.
