Poking around a bit, it turn out that Alia Atlas, 5 days ago on her
last day as BABEL WG AD, requested a new Routing Directorate review
and requested an Operations Directorate review. I'll ping the assigned
reviewers and see if I can get the reviews done earlier rather than
later.
