Thanks a lot for acting on this feedback from myself and others in the WG.
This is really helpful and will benefit readers of the document but also
through the IETF process all the reviewers and contributors.

With this merge, I hope you are able to consolidate and simplify these
various design options and illustrate the similarities.

I support this merge.
