The differences are, primarily:

Applicability Draft

-- Replaced all references with words rather than numbers.

-- Strengthened statements about difficulties in using these tests to
compare implementations.

-- Noted increasing sample size helps determine what is noise.

-- Added section on LSA/destination mix, order of LSA injection, and the
impact on performance of the topology shape.

-- Added section on topology generation, discussing emulators used to
generate topologies.

Convergence Draft

-- Replaced all references with words rather than numbers.

-- Added names for the reference topologies.

-- Moved the white box test for measuring spf time out of the "main text,"
as more of a note.

Terminology Draft

-- Replaced all references with words rather than numbers.

-- Inserted references to other documents where the same terms are defined.

-- Removed section on characterizations of the topology and their impact on
SPF. This was moved to the applicability draft.
