There's a lot of missing punctuation in here, such as the prose in Sections
11.2 through 11.5, the end of the second and final paragraphs of 1.4, first
paragraph of 2, "Property Parametes" of and the latter two examples in 8.2, etc.

This document needs a normative reference to ABNF (RFC 5234), and should
mention explicitly that a lot of the ABNF tokens (e.g., "dur-value") are
imported from RFC 5545.
