Dear Carsten,

This was NOT AT ALL meant as an insult but currently some (probably obscure/non-notable) CBOR tag definitions rely on potentially feeble/vanishing URLs.

Personally, I would consider some kind of dynamic repository and request the respective owners to provide input, as an alternative to an RFC.
