Indeed; I normally try to do it on Thursday, and didn't get to it
until Friday this time.  And, of course, when I do it on Friday in
Philadelphia, it's already late in the day in Europe.  That said, even
if one doesn't see it until Monday morning, one still has all day
Monday and Tuesday.  I have tried doing it even earlier, but when it's
too early people wait because they have time, and then forget.

This can readily go on the agenda for next time, and you can add it
now; you don't have to wait:

Honestly, regardless of when I send out a reminder... if you're
sitting there on Wednesday morning considering what to add to the
agenda, you're already too late.  And, as I said above, you did have
Monday and Tuesday to do it.  Everyone: announcements of the bi-weekly
meetings went to this list on 5 April.  Each announcement has the info
page for the meeting, and each info page has a link to the notes page
(as I linked above for the next one).  I've already pre-populated all
the notes pages and they're ready for agenda items.

Please put those meetings on your calendars so you don't have to rely
on my reminders.  And feel free to add agenda items at any time -- you
don't have to wait for my reminders.  And I will try to be more
careful to remind on Thursday, not Friday.
