Wolf and I plan to be there at 7am PDT.

BTW, you may want to update your agenda template. 14:00 UTC is more
precisely 16:00 CEST, as CET is more accurately for the winter months.

With most of the W3C meeting agenda announcements I'm involved in, their
best practice is to list some of the other time zones of regular
participants, so you may want to add to your parenthesis that the meeting
10am EDT, 7am PDT (US doesn't use 24 hour time).

We've found this works well for newly joining contributors, in particular
with the weird 2-3 weeks in October and March when northern and southern
hemispheres swap summertime/daylight savings on different weeks (resulting
in 1 or even sometimes 2 hours variations in some cases). Thus most emails
also include a URL for one of the better time-zone apps for other time
zones.

An example from a recent W3C email (which I edited for CBOR time zones):

Time: Tuesday 2023-05-31 at 14:00 UTC, 16:00 CEST, 10am EDT, 7am PDT for
> 55 min.

Another reason why W3C does this is that often our meetings stagger, for
instance, this CBOR meeting is 3am JST (japan standard time, and
incidentally who does not do daylight savings), and I know that there is at
least one active party in Japan and another in Taiwan interested dCBOR and
in some form of CBOR hash-tree like Gordian Envelope offers.

I hope that is useful.
