I erroneously sent out some wrong text in my previous email which can
be ignored as noise:

Meanwhile I have another question. We changed the label type of 
[PSC, LSC] from "lambda" to "port"; and I guess the reason for that is
that a PSC device really isn't going to know about wavelengths. If my
understanding is correct, then [TDM, LSC] should also really be a port
label. Why isn't it?
