I support adoption.

This draft addresses a pressing need across multiple areas (especially 
Privacy Pass and digital identity). Its scope is tightly focused, the 
domain is well understood, and the value in reducing fragmentation and 
duplicated effort is clear.

There's also the possibility that in the future, the CFRG wants to 
undertake a wider program of work in this area and this draft has a 
clear story for how it would fit into such an effort.
