Bob,
OpenConnect has implemented both client and servers of the protocol,
also Future Soft Engineering has implemented a client for windows, Open Tech
of Korea has implemented a double-byte Hongul (Korean) version of the client
and Dainichi of Japan has implemented a double-byte version for Kanji.
These are all full implementations.
