[clue] Updated agenda for CLUE Interim

Below, please find the agenda (I can't upload it to the meeting materials
right now as it looks like they're mucking with the server).  Also, we were
not able to upload all the design team minutes as there is a bug somewhere
and both Paul and I get permission errors.  So, the agenda has links to the
minutes as they were posted to the mailing list as opposed to the version
on the wiki.

Note, that we have assigned "discussion leaders".  The plan is not to
review documents per se.  But, to focus on issues that have arisen on the
mailing list and during design team calls.  We also have more than enough
materials from the IETF-84 meeting for each of the documents.  If you are
listed as a leader and are unsure of what we expect, please let the chairs
know and we can work with you on what we have in mind.  We do not
anticipate lots of slides but rather discussion and focusing on issue
resolution.  Note, that the first part of the meeting, we will discuss the
meeting format and objectives.

Participants are expected to at least have reviewed the mailing list
threads for the current issues and to please review the meeting minutes in
cases where you were not able to attend.  Some revisiting of discussions
can be useful, but we don't want to repeat too much.
