I hope no one has an objection to replacing Jim Zmuda with Ran Atkinson as
co-chair of the IPSEC Working Group.

What do I need to do to make this official? I do believe that the IESG and
IAB have to formally approve. I apologize if this request for such approval
appears to be an afterthought. I felt it was important to get the existing
chairs to buy in and the new proposed co-chair to be willing as well. Once
I set this in motion it took on a life of its own and went forward.
