Hi all,

Next week we'll have the IAB sponsored COVID-19
network impacts workshop. Thanks again for all
your submissions. The submissions and some of
the logistics are at [1]. The Webex URL for all
the sessions is [2], there'll be an etherpad at [3]
if we want it, and there's a git repo [4] we can
use for additional things such as slides and
workshop report drafts. (Mirja has populated some
material in the git repo already.)

This mail has some more detail of the agenda we're
planning. As you can see the sessions are similarly
structured and we'd really like to encourage
discussion more than presentation. We won't have
sufficient time to finish those discussions in
real time, but can use the list to continue them,
and eventually include them in the IAB workshop
report.

For discussion, we'll re-use the "webex +q" mechanism
that IETF meetings have used to manage the virtual
mic line. (That'll be explained on the day as needed.)
We'll also have an etherpad [3] where we can collaborate
on taking notes.

In order to assist with constructing the IAB workshop
report, and for those who can't attend, we'll record
and later publish recordings for sessions where nobody
objects to that. If someone wants the recording turned
off for a while, or entirely, that's fine, just let
the session lead know as and when that's needed and
we'll turn off recording.
