I think the document is well written and ready to be adopted as WG document.

 

Some comments are the followings:

1)  It will be better to add one extra section(“operational consideration”) to describe how to apply the mentioned mechanism in the overall network, not only the implementation mechanism on each node.

The operator needs to know how to run such mechanism within the network, for example, what’s the role of the controller, what’s information should be configured in advance in each node and what’s the requirements of these parameter etc.

2)  Section 15 “Evaluations” should be put into the appendix part, and make the document more concisely.

 

I need some time to evaluate other parts, but this can be left to during the WG document discussion stage later.
