With the IP document I started looking at it from section 6
onwards but found little to look at since much of the text after
section 6 is placeholder.

Again I wonder if we need  some small group shared desktop
sessions to pull the detail into shape.

Alternatively maybe a few days of small group F2F would
move us forward. That is certainly how we made major progress
with a number of MPLS-TP and PW drafts.
