Hello Carlos, thanks for the informative draft,
which is really helpful for understanding the requirements in the wireless
environment.

I have a question about the definition of "Latency" in Section 3. It is
stated:
"By definition, latency corresponds to the time interval between the
sending of the first packet of a flow from a source to a destination and
the time at which the last packet of that flow is received."

How do you define the last packet?
Is it the last packet of "Transmit data", whose size is e.g. 10-6K bytes
for 4.4. Display Services?
In other words, is it the last packet of a single burst of the flow?

I would like to say that the term latency means the delay a SINGLE packet
experiences, in many cases.
