Presenters,

Please provide your slides to the chairs not later than Sunday, July 23rd.
(We prefer that you send it to [e-mail].)

Please note that the agenda is VERY full.  Presenters of WG documents 
are asked to focus on changes from last meeting, plans to complete the 
document and open issues.  They are also asked to keep to scheduled 
time, including discussion.

Non-WG documents will have the remaining time. In order to be fair to 
those schedule later in the meeting, presenters MUST NOT run over their 
allocated time. Again this includes discussion time.  We suggest that these 
presentations should focus on 
a) what area of the WG charter is addressed by the draft, 
b) for new drafts, a summary of technical details; for old drafts, what has 
changed, and 
c) what is the next step or what is needed from the WG.
