@ Fred T, Ian, any interest from you guys still?

It'd be pretty useful for Softwire46/IPv4aaS use-cases, to signal to CEs
that they can use >1500 byte Interface MTUs, allowing for the additional
overhead introduced by the translation/encapsulation.
