Please help out here! I haven't received any input!! (Please reply to chairs only. All will have opportunity to review the milestones a bit later once we've developed a proposal.)

Hi:

We need to update the WG milestones as they are rather out of date (last entry is for Jul 2008). While Tomek and I could put milestones in which you could bash, we'd prefer to get your input into the process.

Therefore, for any WG document and explicitly mentioned items in the re-charter (see http://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/charter-ietf-dhc/), we need some milestones. Thus, we are asking any document authors to provide us with appropriate milestones. To view what typically ends up in the milestones, please review the charters for working groups at http://datatracker.ietf.org/wg (WGLC, IESG submission are typically used).

Please respond (and please only to the dhc-chairs - use REPLY, not REPLY-ALL) by July 12th as we'd like to distribute the draft milestones the week of July 15th and discuss in Berlin (as well as on the mailing list).

Here's a start at this for some of the items Tomek and I are authors for and that are key for the WG to work on:

Jul 2013  Submit SOLMAXRT to IESG
Jul 2013  Submit option guidelines to IESG
Jul 2013  Submit failover requirements to IESG
Aug 2013  WG last call on failover design
Oct 2013  Submit issues with stateful options to IESG
Oct 2013  Submit failover design to IESG
Nov 2013  Assign editor and core team for 3315-bis work
Nov 2014  WG last call on 3315-bis
Apr 2015  Submit 3315-bis to IESG
