Hi Frank and Paul,

This erratum reports the same issue as was reported in errata report 5375 (https://www.rfc-editor.org/errata/eid5375), which has a status of “Held for Document Update”.

As such, we have deleted this report. 

Please let us know any concerns. Also, if it would be helpful for the Notes section in errata report 5375 to be more descriptive (perhaps by adding information from this errata report), please let me know and I can update it.
