I am not finding any message from me with that word in it, so I've no 
idea what you are referring to.  Better still, my guess is that you are 
reacting to one or more messages from me before the one I sent that said 
'Level set'.

Take a look, at the latest draft.  If you have concerns with it, please 
point to specific text in it.
