Hi All,

A new version of draft-ietf-dnsop-5966bis is available. It addresses the comments raised in WGLC:

* Re-stated how messages received over TCP should be mapped to queries.
* Added wording to cover timeouts for server side behaviour for when receiving TCP messages.
* Added a sentence to the abstract stating this document obsoletes RFC5966.
* Moved reference to RFC6891 earlier in Discussion section.
* Several minor wording updates to improve clarity.

Regards

Sara.
