I agree at least *some* of the issues have to be addressed before
publication.  I already agreed on some specific issues you raised

You might also want to respond to the IETF last call on the draft
http://www.ietf.org/mail-archive/web/dnsop/current/msg16223.html
before the IESG makes their decision.  (The last call period was
officially over, but I believe belated feedback can be considered if
it's substantial).
