Thanks all - I've issued the renamed I-D.

There's some suggested changes pending which I'll get to shortly.

After doing the rename and upload I saw that I've been added to the
DNSSD GitHub organisation. I propose to migrate the git repo into there
when I do the -01 since the current URL is referenced in the -00
