[dtn-interest] ADV and error correcting codes

 Dear, Honorable Esteemed Notable Delay-Tolerant Network Internet
        Engineering Task Force Porfessionals 

        In regards to the current subject matter pertaining towards all
error correcting codes and Mars are the martian dust devils or solar wind physics going to become and issue based acoustic doppler velocimetry or signal-to-noise ratio as the signals are multicast?  Can OTHT be considered between the rovers be utilized as a network foundry based on lagrangian referencing and MRO to enable a multiplexing of all rover signals from Mars?
