So they have!  That is the port used in the codebase from 2015, so I just 
went with it.  The original draft had TBD for this portion... I just 
plugged in 4550 due to the use in the codebase.  Looks like 4575 is open, 
however.  Thanks for looking deeper into this.

No objections noted from 4 of 5 authors; however enthusiasm was expressed 
at continued development.  The gentleman from the NL, Ronald in 't Velt, 
has not responded.

True.  Most of my edits are clerical updates in nature, such as 
referencing RFC9171 as opposed to RFC5050, and the like.
